Welcome to my Portfolio Website!

I have been programming Games for over 20 years. For most of that time, I have used the GameMaker engine as my tool of choice. However, I have also used other engines like Unity and Torque 2D, and have used various languages, such as C, C++, C#, Objective-C, and Javascript. I have created extensions for the GameMaker Marketplace, including TweenGMX, which have been used by many GameMaker users to help boost productivity and add polish to their own projects.

After many years of personal game projects, I began freelance work in 2013. Then, from 2014 until 2018, I would go on to develop games for Happy Bacon Games which later became a subsidiary of Hyper Hippo Games. During that time, I designed and programmed games for web and mobile platforms. And in 2019, I taught a game programming course to college students at School Creative in Vancouver, Canada.

More recently, I ventured into Software Development, building web apps, including a sales management app called Saleslook.
I also enjoy Media work and previously produced a news segment for the GameMaker community called the GameMaker RoundUp.
You can also catch me co-hosting The Tech ChitChat Show which livestreams "tech talk" over coffee and other hot drinks. ☕
